📋 TREND PULSE – TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing, subscribing to, or using Trend Pulse Daily ("Service"), including any reports, newsletters, intelligence briefings, digital products, or related content provided by Trend Pulse ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Trend Pulse Daily provides trend intelligence, market analysis, monetization strategies, and creator economy insights ("Content") through:

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

3.1 Subscription Tiers

· Free Tier: Access to limited content and periodic updates

· Premium Tier: Full access to all reports, intelligence briefings, and archives

· Enterprise/Team Tier: Custom licensing for teams or organizations

3.2 Payment Terms

· All fees are quoted in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law

· Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal

· We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 Our Rights

All Content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, reports, frameworks, and software, is the property of Trend Pulse or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

Upon valid subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

· Share limited excerpts (up to 250 words) with attribution to Trend Pulse

4.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

· Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Content

· Use our intelligence to create competing products or services

· Share login credentials with others (except within Team tier limits)

· Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source data from our reports

· Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect Content

5. USER CONDUCT & RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

· Use Content lawfully and ethically

· Not attempt to bypass any access controls or usage limits

· Provide accurate account information

· Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

· Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

6. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS

6.1 No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees regarding:

· Accuracy or completeness of intelligence

· Profitability or success of any recommended strategy

· Market outcomes or trend predictions

· Availability or uptime of the Service

6.2 "As Is" Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trend Pulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

· Your use or inability to use the Service

· Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers

· Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

· Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last six months.

7. PRIVACY
